 + -1 moreI wish I could tell you, but the "Sprint mailbox" never returned my call. Sorry.
Description of Work: We are moving and need a locksmith. This company is either no longer in existence or has NO CLUE about customer service. I called Friday AM and got a message saying I had reached a Sprint mailbox for _________. No name announced. I told the "mailbox" that I needed a locksmith for next week and left my number. No response. On Saturday, I left the same message indicating that I hoped I had the correct number and if I didn't hear from anyone, I would make other arrangements. It is now Monday morning and I have heard nothing. So...thank goodness I wasn't calling for an emergency. Pretty crappy when you don't put your company name on your answering machine and can't return a call in 72 hours. Sorry. This was a waste of time....and I still don't have a locksmith.

 + -1 moreHE WAS EXTREMELY GOOD AND PATIENT. HE CAME OUT WHEN HE PROMISED HE WOULD AND I WOULD CALL HIM BACK ANY TIME. PRICE IS BASED ON A COMPLETE SET OF WINDOWS, DOORS AND SLIDING DOORS. THIS WAS NOT A SMALL JOB.
Description of Work: INSTALLED LOCKS ON OUR WINDOWS, DOORS AND SLIDING DOORS.

 + -1 moreOne of the deadbolts stuck. Locksmith promptly returned and tried valiantly to make it work. Ultimately discovered the lock had not been properly installed and a new one was needed. He demonstrated why a new one was needed. The additional cost was a new deadbolt and new keys at $115. Everything works fine now.
Description of Work: Moved and had to re-key locks. Re-keyed deadbolts, doorknobs, made 6 keys, and repaired sliding patio door lock ($221, includes $69 for service call).
