ADE HOME INSPECTIONS

Mr. TM KIM reported to the property and spent an hour on the inspection on Thursday. He was advised prior to scheduling the inspection that the report would be needed asap since we are in the process of purchasing home. He advised that he would make a copy and fax/email it to the real estate agent by Friday. Friday came and no report. He had mailed the report. When asked he stated that we should have via mail by Saturday. Saturday no report. Finally get an email copy of the report on Sunday. It was a three sentence report with no pictures and no remedies. So I call first thing Monday and ask about pictures and a more detailed report. He was very hostile from the very beginning. Worst customer service ever!!! This person is a sham!. DO NOT USE....YOU WILL BE SORRY. What kind of "engineer" does an hour "inspection" and only provides a 3 sentence inspection report. Then when you call states that its not his job to educate you on engineering. And if you want to pay more then he can right a better report. CALLS THE CUSTOMER AN IDIOT...HANGS UP PHONE... I have reported him to the BBB and will also go to the licensing agency.
