 + -1 moreThe salesperson accurately told me that the home I was buying didn't have any termites but recommended that I buy termite treatment at a cost of $750 after closing. He told me there has no evidence the house had ever been treated. After closing I priced the termite treatment with another organization. This organization confirmed I had no termites but told me that termite treatment could not be ethically or perhaps legally sold to me because the house had obviously been treated for termites. He showed me the ports around the home where there had been treatment. Advanced Pest Solutions had tried to prey on a new home owner.
