Awesome.  In about an hour they had everything done.  The windows and the skylight look amazing.  It made my house so much brighter.  Well worth the cost.   Our first floor windows have bars on them and they still cleaned them to perfection.

It went very well.  In fact it went so well, that I received a phone call from a neighbor who happens to work with a neighborhood association to tell me that my "new windows" were not in compliance with the replacement zoning laws.  Ha ha.  Anyway, I informed her that they weren't new windows, they had just been cleaned! 
The inside work was fine as well, although we found a couple of items that were overlooked.  It was easy to resolve however and I would definitely recommend them again.

Edy and his partner did a fantastic job!  This was a worthwhile investment for sure.  We are so happy with his work and our house looks fanstastic.  We will be using his services to power wash our house in the Spring.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for $99.  When speaking with the owner, we agreed that the service would be for exterior cleaning only since I had many high windows that needed cleaning.  It appears that there was a misunderstanding because I thought this would include the storm windows as well.  With great good humor and excellent customer service, the gentleman who was doing the work called the owner and easily agreed to my request.  It meant removing all the storm windows and cleaning the regular window inside as well (essentially cleaning each window twice).  They were so agreeable, and so pleasant to work with that I know that I will have them come back to do the whole house, inside and out, in the future.

When I corresponded with them via email with Edy Mendoza and they said they could clean 25 in and out and wipe down the screens and sills as part of the Deal. The employees insisted that they couldn’t do it so I asked to speak with a manager and he said that they can’t do storm windows. They did not bring any of their gear out and they wouldn’t do any cleaning unless I removed the storm windows myself. They advised me to call and get refund.

Had to re-schedule several times due to various reasons, but Edy was very amenable to coming whenever it was convenient for us.
He and his assistant were extremely cordial and did a wonderful job. The windows were spotless. Would definitely hire them in the future for any type of job.

Great!  They arrived on time, did a thorough job, and completed the work in the amount of time they estimated.

They sent two m,en.  One worked inside my home and washed the inside of the windows.  The other man washed the outside of the windows. They did a good job.

Total Clean scheduled my window cleaning (using a 60%-off Angie's List coupon) for the very next day.  They phoned to say they could arrive early if I liked, which was terrific.  I was astonished at how quickly, efficiently and effectively the two workers polished off all the window- and storm-door glass cleaning in our large row house.  They were ultra courteous and quiet -- could not have asked for a better service.  I will definitely call them again the next time we need it!

I probably should have given them a rating of "A" but there were two window sills that were missed and I am a stickler.
I would recommend Total Clean to anyone and plan to have them come back in the spring to wash the windows again.  They were even able to get another window washing job in our building.

Extremely pleasant to deal with on the telephone.  When I had to change dates at the last minute they were most accommodating.  Arrived at the appointed time,introduced themselves and were extremely pleasant.  Gave me the total and an accurate estimation of the time it would take. I live in an old row house with old windows that are hard to move.  They took out and cleaned all the screens and storm windows/  Everything was left shining and ready for the holidays.  An excellent experience.

I paid for my Big Deal and contacted them for an appointment.  They suggested the Monday before Thanksgiving, which did not work for me.  After a couple of e-mails we had a new date.  They were prompt with the e-mails and never misread anything and seemed happy to schedule via e-mail, which works best for me.
They arrived right on time on the appointed day.  I live in an old Victorian house in Baltimore city, and the windows in the front room are challenging to say the least.  They are probably 12 feet tall and have very heavy storm windows.  They politely surveyed the job and told me the number of windows they could do for the Big Deal price.  Then they went to work. They were patient with my sticky sashes and figured out a way to deal with the storms, a problem that had vexed me for years. The whole time they were working they were quiet, neat and focused.
I can't tell you how much their services changed the way my house looks from the inside and the out and how great it makes me feel.  It's like living in a new space, just in time for the holidays. I showed the results to my neighbor, who immediately scheduled her own cleaning with them, with the same wonderful results. You will not be disappointed.
