First vist for suspension work was great, diagnosed the issue in an hour and the car was ready the same day.
Second visit was an emergency on Saturday of a Labor Day weekend. They were open Saturday as scheduled (not closed for the hoilday), and took the car in. They fixed the alternator and a cooling problem. Car was ready the day after the holiday weekend. When we went to pick up the car they just repaired, they heard a noise in my diesel as I pulled up. They opened the hood and found a broken engine damper. That was impressive, just by hearing they could tell something was wrong. They recommended that I replace it when I had a chance, but were not pushy or acting like they were "looking" for more business. I think they are very honest and are reasonably priced. They focus on Mercedes (I did not see any other makes there) which is nice, but I am sure they could deal with any import.

"Customer came in for service F. We have explain the customer that we only do A or B service. As most Mercedes Benz dealers now only do service A or B. We have explained the customer that the services after B are just versions of A and B. In his case we performed service B which is a major inspection and recommended some additional servicing in addition to the normal oil change and air filter change. (see attached service schedule for B service) In response to our customer complaint about the tier rotation, we have explain the customer that he needs additional service like the ball joint before we performed the tire rotation. In his second complaint regarding the shop hours and phone not being answer was that there was a severe storm in our area and we had lost power and after that our phone system was not working properly. We have posted note on the shop door when we were closed."
