Approx. 3-1/2 years ago (2005/6) I had my living room, dining room, foyer and hallway painted by Delmarvalous Painting. Work was performed by Scott McCullion, the owner. As far as I know, he is the only one who paints and this is a one-man company. I had gotten estimates from several companies before selecting Scott to do the work. He gave me a fair price, not the lowest, but certainly no where near the highest. Not only was his work excellent, he was extremely trustworthy and honest. I really could have been considered a pain in the a** customer as I changed the color of the paint in the middle of the job. I thought I wanted a certain color but when I got home from work and saw it up on 1/2 of the walls I knew I was VERY wrong. I called Scott and we selected another color. He took this in his stride and never made me feel stupid. I really don't think that he charged me any additional fees for having to repeat what he had already done once either. Since that job I have hired him again to paint my den. Again, he did a great job and I was very pleased with the results. I have referred him to friends and business associates and they have all been pleased with his work as well. As I said, he is a very trustworthy and honest contractor and that, coupled with his skill, make him tops in my book.
