Everything was top notch from Atlantic Pumping. Both Dennis and Floyd were amazing - professional and going above and beyond to help us with our clogged sewer line. After an initial fail by another plumber who shall remain nameless, we luckily found our way to Atlantic Pumping. Within a day Dennis was at our house at the promised time with all the equipment needed to remove the clog from the system. After the first, smaller auger couldn't remove the clog, Dennis used the larger auger and quickly found the mass of roots about 20 feet from the sewer line's entry into the house. This was quickly removed, but Dennis continued the full 60-75 feet to the street access to ensure no other clogs existed. Since we didn't know where the pipe ran under the yard and into the home, I'd been digging to try to find the access points. As Dennis pulled the auger back out of the drain, we were able to hear where it went around an elbow underground. This gave us an idea of where the pipe was located going into the house, but Dennis ran the auger through multiple times so we could pinpoint the location to dig for the pipe. He then stepped in without being asked to help dig and find the location of the pipe's entry into the house. As it turned out, this was exactly where the roots were entering the system though we couldn't yet determine this was culprit due to the tiny nature of the intrusion. Unfortunately the camera snake wasn't available to Dennis that day, but Floyd was able to come out the very next morning and quickly snake the camera through the pipe to determine the location of the intrusions. He made very quick work of things, didn't mind - and actually encouraged - my looking over his shoulder, and explained the three areas of concern in significant detail. Additionally, since he only needed to be at our house for a very short period of time, they charged a reduced rate for the camera work. Again, Floyd was exceptionally professional and went above and beyond in his work. I would recommend Atlantic Pumping with no reservations. I've also spoken with several others in the area as I was giving glowing verbal reviews and they have also had superb experiences with this company. You won't go wrong if you choose them. They are A+ across the board. One note related to a negative review I saw posted on the web in my searches - these guys are dedicated to pumping and cleaning out sewer lines and septic systems. While they are capable of doing repair work, that is not where their desired business is and they are very clear and polite about that when asked. The negative review complained about this fact which I believe is an unfair review. Atlantic Pumping is extremely professional and exhibits expertise in their chosen specialty.
