My dishwasher stopped functioning properly. After a wash cycle, water would remain at the bottom of machine. The provider came to my home and determined that a timer among other parts were needed to make the repair. Because of the estimated cost of repair (about $250) and the fact that the machine was 15 years old, I decided not to have the machine repaired. The provider was able to get the machine to function on one wash cycle which I have used. I am replacing the machine this month as part of a partial kitchen remodeling.
The provider was courteous, pleasant and responsive to questions. He had come to my home in January of 2012 for a refrigerator repair, and I found his services at that time to be very good. In response to my questions, he also gave me repair record information on brands of dishwashers. His cost for the visit was $75.
