I was very pleased with them. They arrived in about 20 minutes and said that they were going directly from my house to the destination and got there in an hour - which was very remarkable considering the traffic. The person who arrived at my home was very personable and in a uniform.

Zoom was extremely responsive, giving me a quote within minutes, even though I had not set up an account with them yet. Gary, Brian and Sophie were all very friendly and fast. The delivery pick-up was right on time, and my client loved the gift basket. I will definitely use Zoom when I need a courier in the future. The only suggestion I have would be to have a signature required for the pick-up so there is a record of the transaction. It was the first time I didn't have to sign for something.
