Description of Work: They picked up a package and delivered it to a hotel for me. The only problem was that I told the man when placing the arrangement that the driver should call my cell phone when he comes to get the package because I do not hear the door bell. Luckily I was at the door when the driver came as he did not have those instructions. That was the only flaw. Otherwise it was great.

 + -1 moreI was very pleased with them. They arrived in about 20 minutes and said that they were going directly from my house to the destination and got there in an hour - which was very remarkable considering the traffic. The person who arrived at my home was very personable and in a uniform.
Description of Work: I used them for a delivery service to take a envelope from downtown Rockville to Bethesda.

 + -1 moreZoom was extremely responsive, giving me a quote within minutes, even though I had not set up an account with them yet. Gary, Brian and Sophie were all very friendly and fast. The delivery pick-up was right on time, and my client loved the gift basket. I will definitely use Zoom when I need a courier in the future. The only suggestion I have would be to have a signature required for the pick-up so there is a record of the transaction. It was the first time I didn't have to sign for something.
Description of Work: I started my own company a year ago, and this is the first time I needed a delivery service. I went to Angie's List and saw three options. I needed a one-way delivery from Bethesda to DC to deliver a holiday gift basket.
