WRAY BROTHERS LANDSCAPES

We have NEVER had a problem with Wray Brothers.  They have meticulously maintained our home for the last 7 years.  They are totally professional and completely responsive when we have issues.  They have been able to guide us with plant and tree selection as well as expert care of the plants and trees we currently have.  They are amazing to work with both David and Walter Wray as well as all of their crew.

Lawn grass is kept very well. We do our own mate rig when necessary, but we look to Wray Bros for advice. End of season and spring clean ups are very thorough..

The yard always looks fantastic. They do a beautiful job of shaping and pruning - often times by hand. This process respects the trees and their health. They have a good eye as far as what needs to be done and when. When they approach a targeted project, not only do they do it effectively, but they're also good with aesthetics. They have an artistic eye. They are also really good about doing things preemtively, before problems arise. I also really like how they hold themselves to a high standard - they're not afraid to send the crew back out to make things even better. They'll also give us ideas on how to save money, and I appreciate that.

The first year, we were pleased with the way they operated and the results, despite the fairly high price tag. Unfortunately, during the second the quality of service declined precipitously. They had some staff turnover and their newer employees were very careless. They damaged various items in our yard, and did not report any of this to us. We found out and had to complain to the company to come and fix these items at no charge. Also their billing schedule became very opaque and we believe we were overcharged the second year.

Likely renew the yearly contract next Spring.

I have a contract with them. I get a fair amount of work done by them in my yard. They do more than just mowing the lawn. They do not fertilize the lawn; I do it myself. I use them because they do a nice job. The yard looks very nice. They give a lot of attention to details while edging the lawn. I will continue to use their services in the future.

They are consistent. They are great. They have a great team. They do a good job. They clean up. I have no complains about their work. The only thing is that if I have something extra to do they don't generally do. They charge more. I would recommend them but would say watch for the price. They are really good. I would use their services again in the future.

We have Wray on a monthly contract. They keep our lawn in really good shape, very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Always ready with good advice.

Overall it is a positive experience. There have been a couple of hiccups along the way and they have been very good about taking care of any problems.

We couldn't be more satisfied. They do a terrific job - extremely neat and very responsive when we ask for something special. They adjust their schedule if we are entertaining. Matt comes by every couple of months for a walk around - or more often if we ask. You get what you pay for and we have a large property with lots of beds, but it is certainly worth it after doing it ourselves for so long!

We have them on monthly contract and we have been using them for 2 years now. They come out every week. They are amazing. They are expensive, but are worth it. They arrange for all the plantings. They do the cutting and trimming. They take care of errant trees. They take care of maintenance. They make sure that all our irrigation grading is in good shape. We will continue to use them in the future.

I looked at 4 landscape companies from Angie's List, and though Wray Brothers was not the lowest bidder on the work, I chose them after seeing some examples of the work they've done in the neighborhood. The work was done promptly and professionally, and Walter Wray stopped by several times to review the progress of the project. I had no idea what kind of plants would look good, so Walter suggested some that complimented the colonial structure of the house beautifully. My criteria were simply--simplicity, elegance and low maintenance going forward. Wray Brothers exceeded all of my expectations, and now our front yard looks beautiful! Several friends have asked me who did the front walk and the landscaping. I referred them all to Wray Brothers without hesitation. I will definitely work with them again!

They will call to let me know when they are coming. They are very easy to schedule appointments with. They work around my schedule to come and do services. They are just a great company to work with.

The price is approximately $4000 a year for around 50 lawn cuts.
