Vanilla Clean

So first off, a snafu with Angie's list, and the price listed on the site was not what the company said it was supposed to be. It still was reasonable enough so I asked the gentleman to come by and do the work. Sergey was prompt, very efficient, methodical, and we could see the attention to detail he gave to his craft. Even though the initial ask was just for cleaning, Sergey showed us the videos and black spots marking mold in our system, so we had him add that work of fumigating to the same visit. Will use again when needed.

Excellent ,job well done

I had an excellent experience with Vanilla Clean today. I love the fact that I was able to get an appointment with the company within a week. The person that contacted me after I wrote my initial angie's list email responded immediately. The two men that came to our house today were very knowledgeable and helpful. I am grateful that they cleaned my furnace, air ducts and vents.

All were cleaned. In addition, mold was found in the HVAC so they put some powder in to kill the mold, for an additional cost of $220 (plus the $189 for the ducts and vents)

He was on time, professional, thorough and did a nice job. Offered several add on options that seemed quite expensive and is always confusing to know what to do but didn’t pressure too much. $189 for duct cleaning (excellent price), $75 for dryer vent cleaning and we did pay the extra $155 for cleaning our HVAC coil. Did not pay $275 for mold treatment and sanitation or $285 for a UV light for our HVAC. Maybe we should have. Just putting those prices out there for you to see to compare with other companies.

I had my ducts and dryer vent cleaned this week by Vanilla Clean. Scheduling was easy and the staff were extremely friendly/professional. Val came out and did a fantastic job. He alerted me of an issues I was having with my dryer vent and really went above and beyond to help solve the problem. I was lucky to have someone so thorough and knowledgeable sent my way. If not for the honesty of ValI would have spent about $15,000 for a mold remediation of my home that was not needed. His company collected double the air samples of the first company & all came back negative! I can not say enough to recommend Val & his company!

The guys showed up on time, explained everything that needed to be done in detail and had it done. Very courteous, no problems at all. Have advised on other items that potentially need my attention with the hvac/air quality.

Previous home owners were smokers and had not cleaned the air ducts in years. Vanilla Clean did a great job. They were thorough and took the time to explain the cleaning process and to point out issues with our duct work. I had to reschedule a couple of times due to contractor delays and they were very accommodating.

Val and Zack were the best, i was really impressed on how much effort they put into their work. I couldn't believe on how they cleaned the ducts and even show me how much dust was in those ducts. They were polite and even explained in details on what was being done to get my home cleaned. My whole family suffer from asthma and now i can say i can finally move the family in without no worries. Went extremely well. Val and Zak did an incredibly thorough job on the house we purchased -- where the vents apparently had never been cleaned! They stayed extra time to get it all done. I would highly recommend Vanilla Clean.
