In the hands of an ordinary Realtor this deal would have been a disaster that, in the end we probably would have walked away from. In Valerie's hands, we were always well informed as to what was happening, well advised as to what course of action to pursue and and always knew, with out a doubt, that Valerie was on our side giving 110%. It is because of Valerie that we have the house I really wanted and now that we are moved in we love the place.
