It was a very disappointing experience to shop at Urban Country.
I found a table for $499, which was on sale for $399. Everything in the store was on sale, it seemed.
They told me "sorry, you cannot use this coupon deal in conjunction with the sale - you have to pay the full price of $499".
I said OK.
And you have to wait 4 weeks to have it special ordered.
AND you have to pay a $35 fee to pick it up at the warehouse (which is not conveniently located).
There were 2 tables on display, so I asked if I could take one with me. I could have carried it out under one arm, but they said no.
So, I paid practically the same price as someone without the coupon, for a table I have to wait 4 weeks for.
And let's face it, you can get pretty much the exact same table in other stores for much less money.
