Description of Work: Union Hardware supplied bathroom fixtures and hardware (faucets and shower heads) for several bathrooms in our home. They were late on delivering a couple of hardware items, which held up our contractor. Two sets of sink basins and their faucets were mismatched. The same two sink basins were different in design from the nicer ones that we chose in their showroom, but we had to accept them since the original design was no longer available and we wanted to avoid holding up the contractor (which occurred anyway due to the late delivered items). Union hardware was unaware that the sink in their showroom had been discontinued as designed. Additionally, one other sink basin was cracked and we discovered this when the plumber was installing it. When I called Union Hardware to inform them of the defective piece they were extremely defensive and rude. Also, Union Hardware had told us that we were getting a 25% discount because of our large ($17,000) order. However, when we bought the replacement sink from their competition, we discovered that the competitor's price without any discount was less than the so called "discounted" price charged to us by Union Hardware for the same item when adding Union Hardware's shipping fee which the competitor does does not charge. I filed a negative review in Yelp and the business sued me for libel alleging that I lied in the review. The business lost the lawsuit in October 2015. They have since filed a response in Yelp again saying I lied, which itself is a lie since everything I have said is true and I have documentary evidence (pictures and receipts and their own e-mail admissions) to prove this. Subsequently, David Goldberg, the owner, who is the person who sued and lost the suit on behalf of Union Hardware, has vindictively set up a special website to complain about my business, with which he has never had any contact whatsoever. He has also written me saying that I will eventually need parts for which he states Union Hardware is the exclusive supplier and that they will not supply them to me in the future.

Description of Work: Purchased 2 vanities and fixtures. The wait was longer than estimated and then one vanity was damaged (in the crate from manufacturer) and Union reordered. When delivered the vanities were in good shape. Price is relatively high.

Description of Work: Michael repaired my Baldwin brand Mortise Lockset. While they are not "locksmiths" to come to your house they will repair a door lock if you bring one in.
