Overall it was a great experience. Steve and his team showed up at my home exactly at 9:55 for my 10am appointment, i was very pleased that they arrived a little early. Steve gave me an honest estimate for the overall cost of the tv, mounting and hookup. After giving me my estimate and deciding on the best tv, he went immediately to pick up the tv and came directly back to finish the job.
I left them to work and when I came back, everything was put up exactly the way I had asked and it was like they weren't even there. My home was actually cleaner when they left!
The best part was that Mr. Usatin patiently showed me how to use all my new equipment and even showed me how everything works. The AV Team was very professional and helpful, I was very happy when they left.
