It could not have been better. The cabinets themselves are top notch and the follow up after they were installed was outstanding.

Justin did the work for me and he was an amazing person to work with. He really took care of me and stayed on top of things really well. He did a superb job of getting everything to fit well.  He came out several times before putting the order in to make sure that all of the measurements were exact. He was good about coming afterwards to do any tweaks.

Loved working with Susan Crasco, our designer at the Lorton, VA location. We now have an unbelievable high-end bathroom that couldn't have been designed any better. No headache install too. Expensive but well worth it. We met with Susan today to get some work done in the kitchen..

Prices were extremely inflated.
Contractor has limited technical knowledge on the construction nuances yet based a lot of their decisions on this limited perspective. Had we gone through with this company, there would have been numerous change orders that would have been more costly and with significant time delays.
Contractor staff with limited practical knowledge and keeps key information guarded leaving consumer in the dark.

I last used their services in January. They did all the kitchen cabinets. We sat down with them and we went through the design of the kitchen. We were really happy with the cabinets that we got. They were really good about it when we changed our minds and choose different cabinets. I would highly recommend them.

The installer was recommended by the company. They looked over the whole job to make sure it was done right.
