The price is a percentage of what we are doing. We used them 18 years ago to double the size of our kitchen and they added a breakfast room, foyer and piano room on the back of our house. The work was wonderful. They are enormously creative but they are flexible. They try to do what we want and they have a lot of input but they don't mind being argued with. They offer really creative ideas but in the end they want us to have what we want. They are happy to alter their ideas if they don't match what we want. We plan to live here along time so that we have everything on one level. They have been in business for a long time so they have an established reputation. They have a lot of award winning buildings in addition to homes. They have done synagogues, churches, schools and condos so they have a wide range of experience. They are easy to work with. They are really nice, friendly and funny. They are very efficient. They are also certified to do green building which is important. We had great results the first time and we expect to get great results this time. We've never used anybody else so I don't know where they are in the range of pricing. If we were to do any additional additions they would be the company we would use. They are still waiting on one final permit so they can start the work.
