We needed someone to take care of our two dogs while we were out of the country for a little over a week. The dogs are older, requiring special foods, medications and attention, so we preferred having them stay at home, rather than be boarded. The web site at Royal Pedigree is quite user friendly, giving clear instructions and prices for services, and Mack set us up with Carmen, one of his walkers/sitters. Carmen was very flexible and conscientious, and sent us updates and photos regularly. She even stayed for extra time when an ice storm was moving in, to be sure she would be able to be there for the dogs. We definitely recommend them.

We have been a Royal Pedigree client for twice weekly dog walks since November 2014. Max (Golden retriever) adores Claire more than words can describe. She works with him on his walking and social skills as well as giving him the needed exercise. He is also thrilled to see Shanna when she helps out. We both highly recommend Royal Pedigree's staff! Last weekend Claire came to the rescue when the snow storm left him home bound while I was needed at work. She picked him up and took him to her home for a fun sleepover with her family. Instead of sitting alone in the dark unable to get a potty break or food Max was romping with Claire's dogs and cared for as if he was their own. What could ever be better? We are so happy to have found Royal Pedigree - we think you will be too.

Didn't call back after we took the time to fill out the online form. We called them and they said they would get back to us. They didn't do that, so we called again to check the status. Then we found an email they sent saying they didn't have anyone to help us in our area. Big waste of our time.

We did, in fact, respond to and follow up on your request after checking availability with our dog walkers and pet sitters. Our office manager, Mary, sent the following email to your husband, [member name removed], on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at approximately 5:30pm: "Dear [member name removed], Thank you very much for contacting us to care for Winston and Larry. I apologize, but at this time we do not have a sitter available for visits in your area. I hope that you're able to find a service available to help you soon. Please let me know if we could try and be of help in the future. Best, Mary Green Office Manager" While we absolutely do our best and would love to take on every new client request, there are rare instances in which we simply do not have the availability; in those cases, we are sure to communicate it as best we can (typically by email if a client has filled out our contact form or by phone if a client states that communication method is preferred). With that said, I was a bit taken back by your review because we did get back to you, specifically your husband, [member name removed], who had originally filled out the contact form. In all our time in business, we have not received a negative review and, as a result, I was very disappointed to read your review, especially because I feel as though we did our part despite being unable to fulfill your request. We provide a top-notch service that our clients truly value and we do everything we can to keep our clients and their pets happy, as proven by all of the positive reviews we have received. Royal Pedigree has been nothing less than extremely accommodating to our family's schedule that is changing on a constant basis. We receive a very fair price for daily dog walking service and could not be happier with the care that our dog is receiving. We are very comfortable with the dog walkers and appreciate the relationship we have built that allows us to continually trust and rely on Royal Pedigree.

They are very responsible. It is a small company and usually available in can checks up the next day to find out if the animal was okay. He is good. he has reasonable and competitive pricing and a little bit less.

They did great. I have invited them for repeated service. They are very professional. They listened very carefully to what I wanted attended to for my animals. My cat and one dog were older and needed some extra things. They were very respectful of my desires for my animals.

He was good and I was very pleased with him. My friend uses him as a dog walker every day but I just used him as a sitter this summer. He is a very good dog walker. I like that he is on time, he follows through, he isn't overpriced, and he is kind to my pets. My friend agrees with me that he is just very good with animals.
