I think this should have been a pretty straight forward transaction. At the front counter the salesperson, Greg asked what I wanted and what I was doing. He said the product I wanted was not in stock but could be ordered and delivered in about 3-5 days. The cost was about $98.00/gallon which I thought was kind of high, but I went ahead and placed the order for the convenience of having the product by the end of the week. I paid and left wondering if Greg was having a bad day because he was patronizing and rude during the entire transaction. He said they would call me when the product came in. Almost 4 weeks later with no contact I called to check on the status of my order. The person I spoke couldn't find my order and asked if he could call back. Greg called back in about an hour. He asked me if I was going to pay for the order. When I explained I had and that my credit card has been charged, he asked me to wait, and then said ok but they only had three of the five gallons. Again, he was patronizing and rude. I asked to speak with the manager - but Greg said he was with a customer but could call back. After more than a hour I called back and asked to speak with Robert, the manager. At this time I asked to cancel the order because I didn't appreciated how I was being treated by Greg. Robert said he was sorry and said they would send me a check from the front office as a full refund.
