 + -1 moreWhat the prices with this shop. Got the feeling they were doing more than was needed and prices were sky high.
Description of Work: Drained water in fuel. Discovered later that there is a valve in fuel line that does the same and takes 20 mins. Not good at explaining what happened or why the costly service was needed.

Description of Work: On New Years Eve (day), the mechanic repaired a broken exhaust support that I noticed after pulling out of our garage nearby. This was the only service station open in the area and I was pleasantly surprised that the repair was done with no waiting and for a very reasonable fee. I used them again for a headlight upgrade and the work was done well, though the hourly rate was consistent with other service stations in the area (that is, exorbitant).

 + -1 moreThey are honest, quick and do a first class job. For minor issues like headlights or wiperblades, they fix them on the spot. They will not fix something that you can get cheaper or better at your dealership.
Description of Work: This current visit was a minor headlight replacement however I have used this service station many times over the past 12 years. From brake work to transmission work.

 + -1 moreWhen I noticed that there was smoke coming out from under my hood driving along River Road and secondly that my temperature gauge had shot up into the red, I immediately pulled over into the nearest station. I met Bill and told him about my problems and explained I was on my way to work and was taking the car into mechanic that night at home in Baltimore anyway. He flushed the coolant system, explained how it worked, filled it with water and told me what do to and what not to do. He was very professional, understanding, gentle and helpful. He sent me on my way with a bottle of water and a rag so that I could add to the radiator as needed. When I aksed how much owed him said not to worry about it. From his actions I suspect that he is an honest mechanic and does a good job!
