Rich was very responsive and punctual to tune my piano, which had not been tuned in years. It took him more than a couple of hours. He was great, and I will have him back routinely to care for my Young Chang.

Rich is very professional and tunes our piano 2 times a month for us. I have used him for 2 years; he was recommended by a previous piano tuner who retired. He knows what he is doing and we have never had a problem with him. If I need an extra tune all I need to do is call and he is there. He does quite a few pianos for us and I will use him again in the future.
