Prudential is the selling agent on a house that I was trying to buy. This is a relocation property and one would have expected this to run smoothly, but this was not the case. In fact, communication between parties all but ceased to exist. I do not know if this particular address was the branch involved, but the company is the same. Offer on house accepted, my inspection completed (see my report on US Inspect in Virginia for details) and upon my submitting the inspection report to Prudential everything stopped. There was no further communication and even upon my agent's daily calls and email to ascertain whether or not they were going to resolve the roof and mold issue, the closing date on the house came and went and POOF - I finally backed out. Did receive my deposit back timely and then I was shocked beyond belief that they relisted the house instantly and made no mention of the penicillium mold and deteriorating roof. However, they are enjoying the fact that I spent $620 on an inspection which they are supposedly attempting to pursue for damages from US Inspect for not completing an accurate inspection. All I can say is STAY AWAY from this company - apparently HONESTY is not in their vocabulary.
