 + -1 moreShe quickly found a tenant. She has been managing it since. She has been very responsive to my emails and texts. Whenever an issue comes up, she handles it quickly and smartly. She is doing a nice job. She is very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: I wanted her to do 2 things. I wanted her to find me a tenant and to manage the property.
