I was disappointed with this experience. They had the scheduled dates incorrect, so he ended up missing the appointment to survey the area. I had to call him myself and he tried to reschedule, but it was near Christmas so I could not rearrange my schedule. I was very satisfied with the way that they pulled up the carpet, as it was very efficient and quick. They removed the wood molding around the floors without my knowledge, however, so I was left without the molding and had to replace it myself. They did a good job of cleaning the floors, and the chemical process made my floors look good, but I was unhappy with their problems with scheduling, as well as the additional unexpected expense of having to replace all of the molding they removed. The men who were there worked very hard, and they did get the job done in one day, which was appreciated. The prices seemed fair, but with the expense of the molding,
