The piano tuner I had used for years had retired, so Max Mitler called telling me what happened and that he would be willing to continue tuning a the piano I have had for many years. He arrived as promised, on time, and knew what was needed to tune the piano within a relatively short period of time; knowledgeable about the unique qualities of a piano made over 100 years ago and rebuilt - I learned a little more than I knew before about the piano and mechanism. It needed the tuning and has held up over the past year. (Optimally, it should be tuned every six months,)

Max Mitler only had to tune the piano. No repairs were necessary, but a new piano needs attention. He is prompt, pleasant and efficient. He lives around the corner which is nice.
