Very professional and showed up on time for the estimate and each day of work. At our initial meeting, Mr. Palmeiro measured and calculated his price within 30 minutes. The Palmeiros not only covered our very old, crumbling cement steps and walkway with flagstone but at their suggestion, they made the walkway wider and eliminated some of the steps in the walkway to make longer, wider steps for a more modern look. They also made suggestions such as flaring the ends of the walkways and they professionally fit the new walkway and border into our landscaping. The Palmeiros are artisans and provide a quality of work at a reasonable price that is hard to find. We love our new steps and walkway and believe it has transformed the look of the front of our 1957 brick split to have more curb appeal - no easy feat! We have had numerous neighbors comment on how gorgeous the work is and one of our neighbors called and booked the Palmeiros to do the same work on her house within days of our work being done. My husband and I will not hesitate to recommend the Palmeiros to anyone.

You don't find craftsmen like this anymore! The Palmieri's replaced a 30 yr old flagstone stairway and it looked like new.

They were fantastic. It looked new when the were finished. Pleasant and easy to work.

Our front steps were crumbling, pulling away from the house and sinking. We got 5 different estimates and the prices were all over the place. Everyone had a different idea how to solve this problem. Mr. Palmeiro left the core concrete in place and added extra footing underneath to prevent further sinking and pulling away from the house. Then he added the brick on the outside and put flagstone on the landing and the risers of the steps. The result looks beautiful. The only problem is that our railing was too rusted and didn't really fit the new steps which are larger (we knew this would be the case in advance). Now we have to find someone to make and install new hand rails. Our retaining wall was also crumbling and bulging. They replaced it and added weep holes which should help drain the water away from the wall. They were always on time and reviewed what work would be done each day. Very pleasant to work with and were able to solve an unexpected problem that occurred with our lawn lamp.

When they came for the free estimate, we were assured by the way they discussed the project that they were very experienced and knowledgeable. They listened to what we wanted and made their recommendations keeping in mind our satisfaction and a fair price. The job was successfully completed in 3 days of work as promised. Our entryway is now solid and feels more open. I am pleased that this project has added significantly to the beauty of our house.

Manuel and his son arrived precisely when they said they would arrive to look at the property. They took into account the drainage issues and suggested several ways to handle them. They came a second time after we had decided to have them do the work for additional discussion. Again, they arrived precisely at the time agreed upon. They were able to begin work the following week. The path is attractive and we are satisfied with the speed and quality of their work. We requested two relaively minor adjustments, which they completed to our satisfaction. They removed excess dirt onto an area where large roots made walking difficult, and poured it neatly between the roots to make a smoother surface.

Manuel and his son were very responsive with an estimate and very prompt starting work. The job took 3 days. They came everyday. If they could not work due to rain they called or came to say they would be back the following day.

Mr. Palmeiro and his crew (led by his son) did an excellent job. The estimate was prompt, work was done on time and on schedule, and the crew was very easy to work with. They did a beautiful job, and our neighbors and friends are still raving about the results. Mr. Palmeiro is a very nice man, a fine craftsman, and he has a very good sense of humor. He'll be my go-to guy for any future projects and I'd recommend him to any and all.

He always came when he said he would. He is very professional. The pricing was the best we received after 3 estimates. He was extremely polite and always wanted to know if we liked what he was doing. He said the work would take three days, and that's exactly how long it took. I would use him again and certainly recommend him again.

OUTSTANDING WORK, BUT THE PRICES REFLECT THAT. HAVE HAD PEOPLE KNOCK ON DOOR and ASK WHO DID WORK.
