They were the only jewelers to provide a manufactured repair piece for the ring using an outside manufactured jeweler. And when that did not work they stood behind that quality and made sure that the ring was fixed and they did not over charge me to get it completed. When their were little flaws with the ring they sent it back twice and made sure that it was done right and that the work was good.

The necklace was returned with a broken clasp.
On Anklet one the clasp was not fixed and the charm was not soldier as I had requested.
On Anklet two the repair was made but the silver wasn't polished before its return to me.
I never got s claim ticket and no phone call when the items were ready for pick up.
Not the type of service that will keep me coming back. I get better service at Kay Jewelers in the mall!

The jeweler was very knowledgeable and personable. Wait time for repair (about a week) seemed reasonable. Not open on the weekend, though, I think Weds night is their only late night.

I took my pearls in for repair and was given friendly, personalized service. The repair was completed at the quoted price and within the promised time frame. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent. They cleaned the items before appraising them so the appraiser could better see the items. the appraisel was done promptly and we were very happy with the services

Fabulous customer service - I was promptly attended to in the store and given a detailed estimate with options for a variety of clasps. The restringing work was done faster than promised and looks wonderful. My only complaint (and it is a minor one) is that the bracelet due to the restringing process was longer than it was originally and the new clasp was slightly larger - this resulted in the bracelet being very large on my wrist and risks falling off. Mr Limon offered to have me bring it back to have it altered, but this would take some time and I was not that bothered by it. I would recommend them very highly - I imagine the work could have been done more cheaply somewhere else, but not as well and without such excellent customer service.

It went extremely smoothly! I was given an accurate estimate for cost and amount of time that it would take. I was told 3-4 weeks, and the ring was ready in three. The staff there is very friendly, responsive, and really provides the personal touch that you can't get in a chain store. I went in on April 12 to check on the ETA; Mr. Limon recognized me, remembered the order and gave me all of the details about the process. He then called me the next day to tell me the ring had come in. He is definitely very knowledgeable, personable, and has a genuine interest in his business! My finacee loves her ring, and I would definitely return to Limon's for future jewelry needs!!

Limon's did a beautiful job on the family ring. I'll be returning for repairs and appraisals in the future. I would recommend this small family business to friends.

They were incredibly helpful in helping me choose a design. They gave me an estimate of the cost and it actually ended up being a little be less than expected! They had it ready the day they said they would. They also did an appraisal of it for me and spent time telling me a bit about the stone. Truly a family company and easy to work with.

I purchased a ring setting and diamond for my engagement ring from an online retailer. I brought it to Limon's to get it set. The owner explained different setting and what he recommended. The work was done manually and by a skilled person in his shop. It was more then I was expecting to pay but I feel very comfortable the diamond is not going anywhere. After it was set he showed me the setting in detail under a microscope. While I could tell little tiny imperfections under the microscope I couldn't see any of them white a naked eye.

It was great. The guys there knew their stuff and quoted me a decent price. I told them they needed to get it done within a week because of my wife's birthday. It looks very nice, and I can't complain about anything.

I worked with Mr. Limon (pronounced LYE-mun), the owner of the shop, who really seemed to know his stuff. He removed the stone from my ring and examined it to make sure it would work in the new setting. He also recycled the gold from the old ring and gave me a credit. Unfortunately, Limon's doesn't have a stone setter on-site, so the diamond had to be taken to another jeweler to be set. It took about 5 days, including a weekend. I was a bit disappointed that it took so long, and if I had known they didn't have a stone setter on-site I might have looked for another jeweler. However, the end result was lovely and I'm confident that Limon's did quality work on my ring.
