He was unbelievable when everyone had completely failed and dropped the ball this guy came completely through and really worked himself off. Every one else told me whatever I was looking for was impossible and couldn’t be found but he went out of his way.  This guy was superior and better than any other agents. I was looking for a good rental and he got whatever was in the agreement.  He worked on this for a few weeks.  He had other clients who were buying five million dollars houses but he treated me like I was one of them although I was looking for a $3100 house to rent.  He gave it his full attention and treated me with dignity. I am sure he had other clients but he made me feel like I was the only one he had and he was so attentive. He was constantly searching and he would take me in his car to places. He was an incredible negotiator and he was an unbelievably kind human being. He was just a really good person. He is good for anyone buying or renting in this area. I know he didn’t make a lot of money from this deal but he was just a good human being.  I have recommended him to four other people who were buying houses and I thought it was fair.
