Lawn Tool Repair
They did not pick it up until April 4, 2010. They told my husband it would be two weeks. We did not get it back for four weeks. In the meantime we had to hire a lawn service to cut our yard three times. The work was fine but they acted like they did not care.

Lawn Tool Repair
Repair was done in a timely manner. They honor warranty by other dealers. They are very concentious and have lots of parts and equipment available. Sometimes they get busy so call ahead and see how it is. You might have to wait 10 mins during the busy months otherwise.
