We wouldn't use anyone else. We trust him and he has never done us wrong. He hasn't been out for 8-9 months but his wife runs the office and we recently spoke to her because we thought we were going to have to replace our kitchen sink faucet. She told us what to go get and how to take care of it ourselves. I didn't have to pay for it; you can't beat that.

He was excellent in all categories. He did a beautiful job on the tile work and the plumbing work was excellent. His carpentry work was also great. He was such a nice man to work with. You tell him your ideas and then he matches them with his and he's able to work out what you want. Everyone has admired the tile work and the work in general that he has done for me. He's very flexible and creative. Everything worked out perfectly.

They did an absolutely magnificent job. John Kay was very professional and wonderful to work with. He works out of his home. We listened to each other’s suggestions and could come to a consensus. He did beautiful tile work and made all kinds of good suggestions. He also worked on a problem window. He was the only person out of all those who came and looked that had an idea of what to do. Everybody else had asked us to take out the window and redo it. He totally gutted our bathroom and redid it. He recommended different things for us and I was very pleased with it. He was also very conscientious and had cleaned up very beautifully everyday before he left. It seemed unreal. He was a superb workman and did almost everything himself. He was always right on time. We had some plumbing problems because we live in a very old house and he took care of that too without charging us anything extra for it. We would use KSM again at the drop of a hat. I have recommended them to a lot of people.

He is on my speed dail, he really knows what he is doing, and does not mess around when he comes to work for us.
