I met with Jessica for my free consultation and was surprised how many questions she asked me about what my wants and needs and calling it my wish list. She was very adamant about getting my budget. I was hesitant but gave it to her anyway and I'm really glad I did because our next meeting at my home was amazing. Jessica had taken the time to draw up some pictures of what my kitchen could look like with three different options. One in the middle of my budget that has just enough to update and give me some of what I was looking for , one that had more of what I wanted but close to the top of my budget, and one that was a little bit more than what I gave her as my budget but it had my entire wish list. The pictures showed me what a change each option would make in my home and even though it was a little bit above my original budget, I was sold. At that moment I knew Jessica listened to my needs and I felt very comfortable signing a contract with her.  We did make a few changes to drawings and then I hired them to do the complete remodel of my kitchen. After selection of cabinets and appliances and tile, Kivos recommended contractors came in and took care of the entire project.  I was extremely happy with their commitment to consistently keep the site clean of all debris.  Their contractors were pleasant and performed a first rate job. If I ever had a question or concern  Kivos' project manager Ramin came in and made sure any issue I had was taken care of. I was thrilled at the difference that the new kitchen design made not only in the new functionality and beauty but at how happy it makes me to go into my kitchen and cook!!! . . . what a first! I had such a good experience I hired them to remodel both of my bathrooms.

We had our kitchen and downstairs bathroom remodeled this summer and could not be happier! The entire job was timed perfectly and went off without a hitch. Jessica was our designer/project manager. She was amazing! She was able to maintain a high level of order and keep our job moving. Jessica beat the time estimate(3 weeks) and gave us such great detail workmanship.
I have never been so impressed with a renovation job and look forward to having our mudroom/den bumped out after the winter.
