Karen Conlan is the best realtor my wife and I have ever worked with (and there have been quite a few over the years). We arrived from France with two kids and two cats on August first and started looking for a house with Karen on August 6. At that point, we were more inclined to rent than to buy. But Karen patiently showed us houses to rent and buy even while all Hell was breaking loose in the credit markets and we kept changing our minds. And then when we found a deal to buy that we didn't want to pass up, the jumbo loan market was put on hold and it was almost impossible for anyone--regardless of credit rating--to get good rates on financing. But Karen was relentless and found us a good deal. In addition to her diligence, courtesy, and honesty, Karen has many years of experience in the Bethesda/Rockville area and knows her stuff. My wife and I highly recommend Karen Conlan.
