Has always provided outstanding service in terms of the repair. Have used Jonathan M Whelan Plumbing multiple times as my home is over 70 years old and has required updates and repairs.

We had a pipe burst the night after Christmas, flooding the basement, and our regular plumber told us it would be days before he could do anything about it. Jonathan Whelan was my parents' plumber, so I called him. He was at our house half an hour later, showed us how to safely turn the house water back on without the exposed pipes, and could not have been nicer despite the hour and the date. He's coming back in a few days to fix the pipe when the mitigation is done. Whelan Plumbing has a new customer!

My upstairs bathtub was not draining.  The previous plumber said I needed to replace my pipes and get new pipes from the street, costing me about $8000!  The snaking was a real job, and had a lot of built up hard matter from years of Drano, but now all works perfectly.  Whelan Plumbing saved me thousands of dollars!

He was very professional, wonderful and honest.  He checked out water leak in our basement.  It was estimated that it would cost $6,000.00  and advised us that the winter had been exceptionally wet and we should wait to see if the problem would persist the following winter.
