Real Estate Service
I worked with this broker team based on online searches. Big mistake. The broker I was assigned to:
- Came late to our home inspection- Did very poor follow up on our ratified contract- Performed clumsy mistakes like spelling errors, having a dead person as seller, missing dates, signatures, etc.- has a coordinating agent who was very unprofessional and rude in speaking with us- missed getting us a financing contingency on our ratified contract!! she didn't even know she had missed it
Bottom line, stay away. The service was extremely poor. They did not deserve a single dollar of this brokerage amount I spent. When I spoke with their principal and complained (I wanted a credit against the amount they were paid), he was condescending and said they are not a discount broker and believed that as a client I was expecting too much!! If brokerage services are a "service", this is not a group to rely on. Sorry, I don't mean to hurt local businesses but both my wife and I have had an extremely poor experience with them.
