In the 14 years that we've owned our house, we've done numerous large scale renovations, and this company was the worst we have ever dealt with without question. The workmanship was awful, and the tiler installed the wrong tile. There was no oversight to the project, whereby someone was taking responsiblity to oversee every employee and subcontractor's work. When a major problem arose in February 2012, the owner of the company, Thomaz Jaworski, refused to work with us to resolve the problem, and refused to return phone calls, respond to emails, or appear at face-to-face meetings. He made us deal with his secretary in attempting to resolve issues. Without question, this was the worst service provider with whom we have ever worked, including the most improfessional.
