Fitzpatrick Real Estate Group was very responsive in terms of getting us set up to view potential properties. We changed our search criteria a few times until we got it and quot;rightand quot;. They were also very available in terms of times to take us to see the properties. The contract negotiation on the house we decided on was a bit tricky, so we relied on them to communicate with the sellers. Additionally, they have very good contacts in the industry. The inspector we chose was one that they recommended, and he was excellent. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The experience was excellent from start to finish. She gave me suggestions on what to do to make the unit fabulous, she had a professional photographer come in and compose a slide show video, she suggested a perfect sales price which resulted in multiple offers and my unit sold in one day for above the asking price.
She screened all of the offers carefully and reviewed them to determine which ones were the strongest candidates and who could close most smoothly and quickly and was able to negotiate and finesse the best possible deal with a completely clean contract with no contingencies.
