We worked with Rob Mercer and I can't say enough good things about him. He gave us detailed information from the start, he was very responsive with all communication (even getting information to us within minutes on a Sunday morning), and explained things clearly as we went along. At closing we knew what to expect and everything went smoothly. We felt that he was our guide and advocate, and I highly recommend him.
