ER LOCKSMITH

After getting locked out of the house one evening, we called ER Locksmith because they were local and had good reviews here.  We were not disappointed.  Although it was outside of normal business hours, our call was answered, our information was taken and we were told we would be contacted by a technician shortly.  About 2 minutes later, the technician called us and said he could be there in 10 minutes!!  He was right on time, and he had the door open in less than 10 minutes.

Amaizing customer service from start to finish. My experience started with a phone call for some ball park costs. Unfortunately, I cant remember the guys name, but he was pleasant to speak with the accommodating
with his schedule. I called the day befor i needed service and was on the schedule with no hassle.
ER Locksmith arrived the following day on time and prepared. He was knowledgeable and equally as pleasant.
He informed me that the only lock on the front door our condo was medium security and price for an upgrade.
He re-key the lock in about 30 minutes, including providing two master keys and two extra keys.
Without a doubt, I will recommend this locksmith to any of my friends or family.

When the technician arrived he was polite and professional.  He looked at the work that needed to be done and gave me an estimate with all my options before I committed to have him do the work.  The work that the technician did was very good and he was a very pleasant person.  I trusted him in my home and even call him later to ask a question which he was happy to assist with.  I would definitely use them again.
