Patrick and his team of installers always responded quickly to my requests.  They came out and measured and then were very patient as I had to rearrange a few days when I was getting my house contents moved and kids home from school  When I was finally ready, he brought samples to my house and his team came quickly, helped move furniture that I couldn't move well and installed the carpet in the rooms.  The work was done very well, the quality of the carpet and padding is very nice and he installed over 1500 square feet of carpet for around $2400, a very good value.
He and his team are friendly and easy to work with.

Everything went smoothly from the initial visit to give me an estimate to the actual day of work. Everyone was extremely professional and the work was done on time. I received constant updates as to when the work crew would arrive, and was told in advance what I'd be required to prepare. The owner came by in the middle of the installation to make sure everything was okay and helped with the cleaning and getting things back in order. The crew cleaned up before they left, including vacuuming the condo hallway. I'm thinking about getting my kitchen tile changed, and will definitely use them if I decide to do that.

I cannot say enough good things about Edgemoor Carpet and Flooring, its owner Patrick Sherison, and his team.  We were originally referred to Edgemoor Carpet and Flooring by our real estate agent when we were in the process of selling an elderly relative's home.  Although the home had beautiful hardwood floors, one area in the kitchen was badly worn.  The first flooring company we spoke with recommended that we refinish all the floors in the house in order to match the refinish on the worn area.  That would have been extremely expensive.  Patrick Sherison, on the other hand, worked with us and had his team refinish only the worn section at a fraction of the cost.  The refinish and color match were absolutely perfect!  Based on that work, we contacted Patrick about work in our own home.  He personally came out within a day and gave us excellent advice. Patrick quoted us a price of $8,000 which was very reasonable considering the size of the floor.  However, when he sent us an email quote, it was $7,700.  We were thrilled.  When the work was ready to be done, the team arrived on-time and finished the job in two days.  The men were extremely professional and worked very hard (11 hours the first day).  The work area was kept clean and neat, and they moved our furniture with great care.  We now have gorgeous hardwood floors on our main level. I would not hesitate to use Edgemoor Carpet and Flooring again and would definitely recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors.

They tore up old tile-2 levels and sub-flooring. Then put down hardwood and made it fit with trim. They moved door frames to save me money.

We wanted to sell our home, but our carpet was worn and not in great shape. We felt like it made the whole house feel old and dirty.
We contacted Big Orange Box Store and they wanted around $4000 for approximately 1100 square feet of their lowest end "value" carpet, which looked and felt cheap and would not wear well for new owners.
Based on AL reviews, we contacted Edgemoor. Patrik came out within 24 hours, brought samples, and gave us great advice about what to choose to maximize value for our home. He told us what colors were popular, which colors looked lighter or darker in person, etc. It was a pleasure to talk to someone who knows his business so well - it gave me real confidence in the project. Though Patrik did not try to upsell us, we were able to choose a much higher quality carpet than we expected to get for our budget - a nice bonus for our buyers. Edgemoor's team was able to install fast. Once we finalized our selection, I think it took Edgemoor about a week to get the carpet in and installers out to our house, and during all of it Patrik remained in contact, so we never wondered what was going on or when.
I would not hesitate to use Edgemoor again and in fact, we are planning to use them soon for the home we bought. We also recommended them to family members in the area.

One of the things I appreciated most was that I spoke with the same person (Patrik)  throughout the entire process.  He came to show us sample carpet, and he was there on the final day of installation.  Every phone call to him was returned promptly.  He even called after installation to make sure that everything was satisfactory.  The crew of 3 installers arrived on the appointed day.  They arrived a bit late, but they called twice that morning to let me know.  They worked quickly to remove all the old carpeting.  They moved heavy furniture without incident or complaint.  They were neat, and cleaned up as they went along.  They were courteous, friendly, yet professional.   Since this was a 2 bedroom, plus den apartment, we were dreading this carpet installation.  Edgemoor, Patrik, and the three man crew that came to install made the event painless and we are so happy with the final result.  Patrik made some recommendations on how to hide cable wiring and it worked out well.  He even glued some cracked tile that abutted the carpet.  We could not be happier with the carpeting and Edgemoor.  They gave us good carpet, at good value, with excellent service.  I'd recommend them to anyone.

Patrick was quite responsive and professional as we worked diligently to coordinate an appropriate time for the install. We both took time off for the holidays, which made it slightly more challenging. Despite recently injuring his hand, he still showed up at my condo with two members of his crew. Patrick asked if I would like to look at the carpet, which was rolled up in the back of the van, before they pulled it out, cut it, and hauled it to the second floor of my condo building. I looked at the carpet and was pleased to learn that it looked just as I had hoped... and ordered. Patrick, or one of his workers, then mentioned that there was not enough padding. Patrick said he would need to go to the warehouse to get more - a different type, but it would feel the same. Shortly after the job was competed and the crew left, it was very easy for me to notice the difference between the two types of padding. The padding in the closets definitely had a different feel (and height/thickness). To his credit, when Patrick was notified, he immediately called me to arrange for the padding in the closets to be changed. I greatly appreciate his desire to ensure customer satisfaction.

Excellent. As some one stated Patrick's responsiveness was outstanding. He is always available, communicated all the updates in a timely manner and made sure the work is done as per our satisfaction. Patrick scheduled the work to be done as per our availability. Price that Patrick offered was excellent. Patrick's crew did an excellent job and performed the work to our extreme satisfaction.

Patrik was incredibly responsive, reasonably priced, helpful, kind and professional.  We were so pleased with the efficiency and quality of his service.  We would be happy to use him again.

The company did a great job.  They worked with us and very patient during the bidding process. The volunteer board, not the property manager did all of the work to select the contractor.  I say this only to reinforce Mr. Sherison's patience.  He was dealing with people who had no knowledge base or experience.  The owners who were home during  the day when the work was done commented on how courteous the workers were.  They did the work on time and within the bid.  They were also outstanding to work with anyone who had concerns about how the carpet in the  common area joined individual unit property.  I was on the board at the time and plan to talk to this company first when I improved the floors in my apartment.

It went extremely well. Considering that out of 6 appointments I had set for estimates they were the only company to show up I was a bit worried about choices. But they did a great job. I told them my needs, they brought me samples based on my input. I choose what I wanted, he ordered it and we scheduled the service just a couple of weeks later. The were done with the entire job in only two days. I worked both days so I can’t speak to the noise (although none of the neighbors complained), but when I cam home in the evening everything was clean and organized. They were done a lot faster than I had anticipated and did a really great job. It’s been a year and a half and I love my floors.

I was introduced by an reliable Realtor, also a friend and started communicating with Patrik. He responded to my phone calls immediately, always kept in touch in a courteous and pleasant manner and showed enthusiasm and professionalism toward my house project. He estimated cost, timing, schedule and everything went as he suggested. His brother Medi and on assistant Augusto were the actual people performed the swift, clean and professional job. I was extremely happy how it turned out. The actual contraction took only one day. They worked non stop, with no lunch time taken, except when I insisted to serve a small sandwich and a soda. Medi cleaned and swept the entire area at the end. It truly was a nice experience.
