David and his team were everything AND MORE! I didn’t think I’d find a team that was more “on-top” of it than I was and boy did that prove me wrong! David and his team worked a MIRACLE. Our loan fell through with our previous lender, and David's team picked this up 2 weeks before the scheduled closing date. After a major apartment fire displaced us, we were left homeless, living in a motel room for months. David's team worked tirelessly to get us to closing on time, sometimes sending emails early in the morning and late into the night. I know they really cared about helping my family get into a home of our own. I can't recommend the David Toaff Team enough.
