Justin showed up promptly on the date and time that we had arranged (...a Friday afternoon...). He inspected my electrical system and my generator. He was very professional and he assured me that his company had performed this type of install before. Justin told me he would probably have to order the parts, but that he would get an estimate to me on Saturday.
On the following Monday morning I still didn't have the estimate so I sent him an email from the address on his business card. He called me back promptly and explained that he had written down my email address incorrectly, but now that he had the right one he would send me the estimate, which arrived in my email soon after.
He told me that once I approved the estimate, it would probably be a week before his company could install the system. And even though the estimate was higher than what I had expected, I sent him my approval on Monday to do the work.
Monday afternoon, Justin called me to say that the parts for the job had become available and that his company could do the install the next day on Tuesday. I agreed and a time was arranged for the install to take place.
Tuesday morning, an electrician from Complete Electrical arrived at the arranged time (...he was even a little early!...). Justin told me the install would take approximately 3 hours, but the electrician completed the job in an hour.
As part of the estimate, we plugged my generator into the house, flipped the newly installed transfer switch (...to switch from the power from to street to the power from the generator...) and the house powered up perfectly. It was truly a thing of beauty!
The electrician spent some time explaining to me what the generator could and couldn't do, and how to test different systems around the house, which I really appreciated.
I am very satisfied with the work Complete Electrical Systems Inc. performed, and I would not hesitate to tell my friends about this company.

Some of my favorite attributes were arriving on time, answering my questions and giving me a thorough explanation of the job at hand. They were very professional and honest. They gave me a candid assessment of what should be done and should not be done. I have given their name to another person who needed some electrical work completed.
