 Brian was very creative in coming up with solutions to the problems we had in our almost 100 year old house. We enjoyed working with him. His prices were good. Perhaps the only area where he is not quite outstanding is timeliness. However, time was not a problem for us and we did not  press him for hurry-up jobs.

We plan to use him again.

Bryan Lortie is the head of it. He is very good, creative and honest. If he says something isn?t going to work and he usually is right. I have renovated 4 houses and still use Brian Lortie and can?t imagine using anyone else. The last projects involved through the wall units and were fixing units and I paid about $20,000. I really use him a lot and he is very good. The few times I check the prices out, he came out around the same if not a little better. If you need extra people he will get them and all the people he has got to work with him have been good. We have a 90 year old house and had them replace shingles and had them match and did a great job on a very old trim on the inside in trying to match it.

Brian has been great to work with fixing up our 90+ year old house. He is creative in offering solutions, is reliable, and honest. I plan to work with him again.

He helped us update our kitchen, and fix a carport. He was really creative in plugging holes that were left after taking out seven old wall A/C units in a 90 year old house. He is very creative in coming up with solutions to all kinds of problems.
