Classic rip off builder. DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
-Low end standard specs- you WILL have to pay massive up charges to bring the house to standards commensurate with the overall home price
-Low integrity executives, who have lying and selective memories as primary tools to find their way into your wallets.
-Hire cheap, unqualified subs to perform work which will require that YOU act as the GC to keep everything moving smoothly.
-COMPLETELY unqualified as a GC- they are a middle man, skimming money from the top, unable to manage the timeline or process of building a house.
-Their history speaks for itself. Failed subdivisions in Rockville MD and in Delaware. MULTIPLE lawsuits from disgruntled subs and prior infractions of the standard commercial code.
Just say NO. There are alternatives- use them!
