Excellent Results; The crew was very professional and they did an excellent job of cleaning up after the project. They demolished and removed both existing walkway from site; They furnished and installed reinforced concrete footing; They furnished and installed Pennsylvania flagstone for the porch and both walkways. The walkway steps that were constructed to address the considerable slope down to the back steps of the house were very well done and makes it a much more attractive and safer walkway. The porch and two walkways add signficantly to the curb appeal of our home. I would recommend Capitol Hardscapes to my friends and rate them A++.

Capitol Hardscapes did a beautiful job on our front walkway, utilizing existing the original very old irregular shaped rough surfaced flagstones from the existing walkway and the ancillary walkway. They also replaced the ancillary walkway (adjoining the front walkway) with new flagstones that blended well with the old stones. Capitol Hardscapes coordinated well with us and performed the work exactly as described in their proposal. We are very satisfied and pleased with the result and hope to use them again for a backyard project.

We were looking to have a basketball court in our backyard for awhile and couldn't find anyone who could come up with a suitable design/product that would work in our backyard at a reasonable price until we talked to Capitol Hardscapes. Chris came to our house and came up with a solution and location for the basketball court with materials that would be durable and look nice. Capitol Hardscapes came out to do the work when promised and the crew was professional, completed the work on time and cleaned up everything afterwards. We are planning to use Capitol Hardscapes again for an upcoming patio project. We highly recommend their work.

Chris and his team were amazing. They were very knowledgeable, on time, and professional. Chris and his brother were always checking the job and his crew knew what they were doing, They had some great suggestions about drainage and even did some extra work and didn't charge me. Pricing was very competitive with other estimates but not the cheapest.

We selected Capitol Landscapes after getting quotes from it and two other "Angie's List 'A'-rated" hardscape contractors, and we choose Capitol Landscapes because it was comparable on price to the others but Chris was more helpful to us in suggesting alternatives about different aspects of the project. In the end, Chris worked with us through two extensive revisions of the initial proposal to create a plan for the best result within our budget. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the materials and workmanship, and with the ease of working with Chris and his staff through the month-long construction process.
