Please know that this review is NOT for services provided. BUT, they sure took my money. I inquired about getting a technician to come over, but the kid on the phone insisted that he needed my credit card number BEFORE he can schedule an appointment. DUMMY me gave it to him. Due to a work conflict I had to cancel the appointment. I noticed yesterday (almost a month later) that they charged my credit card for the monthly plan!!! ***!!? I inquired about it but have not heard back. I used their services last year and had no problem with it. I will warn you though - to not give them your credit card number until they actually do the service or when you sign a service contract. Redonk!!!

company made claims that after the house was sealed the mice would need to find food and visit the bait stations and traps, stuck in house and hungry. no evidence of any mice using traps but droppings remain despite even personally placing additional traps placed. baby mouse found in attic as well, other companies claim the house needs to be sealed which is frustrating since supposedly the house was sealed at additional cost. the explanation of the services provided was poor. all the company did was place traps with no results
