This is a great vet. Dr. Weiss and his staff apply an extra ounce of care to everything they do. They are expensive but definitely worth it.

The service was very good. The staff was very good. They were very prompt. What stood out the most is that they were diligent about solving a problem. They provided me with a referral for a specialist to help treat my cat.

The are very good and thorough. I haven't tried going to any other place else.

Dr. Weiss is one of more experienced vets in the area. He is compassionate and knowledgeable. Absolutely I will continue to take my dog and cat to him for medical care. He listens to me and I know my pet is receiving the highest quality veterinary services.

They are on par with pricing. They are easy to get to and they are on time. The wait to see the Dr. is no more then 5 minutes.

If there's veterinary malpractice, it was committed. In the 45 minutes we were there, neither of our cats were ever seen by a licensed veterinarian. When we arrived, the animal hospital was running late, presumably due to an earlier emergency. Fair enough. We got our cats into the examination room about 30 mins. after the appointment time. From there, a teenager vet tech rushed in, explained that the vet was busy, and it'd be easier if the vet tech just brought each cat into the "back room" individually for its "examination". Our first cat was gone perhaps 60 seconds. Our second cat not even. When the vet tech returned with our second cat, he explained that the actual licensed veterinarian was busy, and unless we had any questions - for the vet tech - we were done. We were given the records of the "examination." Our cats' weights on those "records" 0 lbs. Our cats' temperatures? Zero degrees. As a professional, I can say without hesitation that this was the most blatant display of professional malpractice I've ever witnessed. We set up an appointment for our animals to be examined by a licensed veterinarian, they were given, at best, boosters by a teenager vet tech an nothing else. And the best part is - the office memorialized its malpractice in the records it provided us. Who on earth would not take an animal's weight and temp in an annual exam?

I am generally very pleased with Dr. Weiss. I knew his name from ferret magazine and he knows his stuff. This is my third ferret but first with him. He is thorough, gentle and spends enough time with me and my ''Jill'', that I feel good upon leaving. His rates are good, but boarding costs are high. I would highly recommend him for the specialty care of this type of animal/pet.

Separate entrances and waiting areas - one for dogs only and one for cats and all other animals. The staff was very friendly. They made several followup calls to see if the cat was OK after the procedure.

GOOD COMPANY. PRETTY REASONABLY PRICED. THE MAIN REASON I USE THIS COMPANY IS THAT IT IS CLOSE TO MY HOME. I HAVEN'T REALLY SHOPPED AROUND FOR ANOTHER ONE, BUT I AM QUITE SATISFIED WITH THIS ONE. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND GENTLE WITH THE ANIMALS.
