We could not possibly be more pleased, and we are especially appreciative of Brad's knowledge, professionalism and sensitivity, as we ended up purchasing an older fixer property with "good bones". Brad recommended (at our request) various professionals who could provide inspections, estimates of needed repairs, etc., without ever pushing, and this was very helpful as we were trying to evaluate both the Bethesda market and the actual costs of needed repairs to the property. Recommendations included electricians, masons, and pool maintenance experts (Who ever knew we would have a pool? We are moving from a colder part of the country and needed advice here.)
It was important to us that the process be fair to everyone, and it was clear that sensitivity was being shown to the sellers as well. The Rozansky group happened to be listing the property, though a different agent handled the listing.
Brad was pro-active in anticipating our questions and needs, keeping in touch with regular brief emails, texts and calls. This saved us lots of time and angst and earns him very high marks in professionalism. He also is just plain fun to interact with, as he always seemed to have a joke or comment to de-fuse potentially stressful situations. When we needed time to consider, he made sure we had the time, and when something needed to happen, he and his team were completely on the ball and moving the process ahead. I was especially impressed when he showed up for the sewer-scope, insisted upon by us (based on past experience), and hung out through that rather grungy process, asking question after question of the team performing the service. He is a detail-oriented professional, and I imagine a future client of his will somehow benefit from our uneventful (thank goodness) sewer-scope evaluation.
The Rozansky group has a well deserved reputation for accomplishing business transactions professionally - we had no surprises during contract negotiations/closing. It was all smooth and uneventful.
As mentioned by an earlier Angie's list reviewer of the Rozansky group, they are not just in this for the short term. We hope to remain in our new home for quite some time, and they know this. However, Brad has checked in with us and will visit soon to see what we have done with the property since purchasing it. We agree with him that it is a good idea to keep current with the market, and we appreciate his willingness to stay in touch! We highly recommend this realtor and his group.

I was impressed by Brad as a real state professional. I went through several realtors before him. I was rather burnt out on the whole process, and frankly on the profession before meeting Brad. He is a model to be followed by his peers; not a cheesy salesman just wanting to close a sale as soon as possible at any cost. He understands the value of having customers longer term than a deal, and works hard to create a good reputation. He is very professional, and one of his best attributes is that he will not talk out of the wrong orifice just to tell you what you want to hear. He is tremendously polite, emotionally intelligent, while conveying the information you need to make a decision you can be happy with. He answered over a million questions during the home-buying process, and always with a smile. It's been three months now since I bought my new home -- I am very happy with it -- and I will certainly be calling Brad for my next home purchase.
