Betty Batty is a Maryland native and has a strong knowledge of the real estate market. On average, she sells nearly 30 homes a year. Betty is committed to bringing her clients the best consumer experience and her testimonials and referrals make it clear Betty is achieving that goal. Her customer service skills are unparalleled. Clients are always impressed with her dedication, organizational and negotiating skills and her positive attitude. She has a proven track record of successful outcomes and has built an amazing business primarily on referrals. Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, Betty spent more than 13 years fund raising, event planning and managing budgets for a national non-profit. Betty is committed to philanthropy throughout the year. She coordinates “Warming Communities Coat Drive” each Fall and, in 2014, collected over 350 coats, hats and mittens that will keep families warm. Betty is also an ambassador for the DC Diaper Bank and is an active member of her children’s school PTA. Betty is active in her neighborhood as well and currently sits on the Advisory Board and oversees the social events throughout the year. She specializes in Montgomery, Anne Arundel and Howard County. Betty has personally experienced major home renovations and can consult with you as you consider a major home renovation or a new home. Betty is a Certified Negotiation Expert, a certification that a small percentage hold in the area and has also completed the National Association of Realtor’s Green Designation. She is a member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR). Betty has been awarded a number of awards throughout her career including the Coldwell Banker International Presidential Circle Award. Betty is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland, member of the Terrapin Club and lifetime member of the alumni association.
