It is clear that they do not know how to repair a thermador unit. They had a difficult time disassembling the unit. When they finally had it apart they had bent parts, including the outer casing of the unit and bent a pipe that feeds gas to the cook top. And it has become clear that they are having trouble getting it put back together. The oven door no longer shuts correctly. There is insulation that used to be in another piece of the oven now it is in the heat exhaust, and caught fire when I attempted to use the oven. The technician also damaged a cabinet door while working on the unit.
