Fine. The repair was completed on time (according to the estimate) and flawlessly.

Great job. Better than new! The old straps were lower quality but the purse was a Kate Spade and in great condition. Got new better quality straps. Was worth it to get them fixed. Excellent job.

The answer? Armenians are Leather Magicians. My shoes look like it never happened. Love this shop when you have expensive shoes. I end up here every 6 months or so, but it beats going to the Mall dropping excess $$s for new shoes. Trust them with leather goods, they're great and worth every dollar.

I needed tiny heels replaced (less than 1/2" of leather). Although prompt in the repair, they did not even bother to polish the small area of surrounding leather, and when I asked about it...they were totally uncooperative. Said it was scuffed, and did not offer to do anything about it. We later polished them ourselves, and of course, the small scuff disappeared. I also inquired about the price for such a small job, and received a rather surly reply. Perhaps, they were having a bad day, but as a new customer it was truly not a friendly encounter.

They are skilled and reasonably priced.

This was a relatively minor repair , but an important one. Without being fixed the large suitcase would have been unusable.
The repair was done very well in a few days time and at a fair cost.

I have no dos or Don'ts except to say do use the services of this craftsman.

I found this small company to be very responsive. They did great work repairing the zipper on my suitcase. They gave me an accurate estimate and the work was done on time. I had trouble finding a company who would do this for me. I recommend them highly for luggage repair!
